Warranty:
Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. A dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the product is within the warranty period will be required in order to honor your claim. Buyer pays both return and replacement shipping. This warranty is limited to the original customer, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by customer service. E-mail us at store@autopartsavenue.com Please include as much information as possible.

Returns:
We stand behind all the products that we sell. If a buyer orders the incorrect part for their vehicle by accident or no longer needs the part, the buyer may return it within 60 days of receipts. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipping charge. Refunds will be given for the price of the product only. The return product must be in new condition, original packing, and no missing parts. Shipping & handling fee is not refundable on returned products. For Free Shipping items, there will be $8 or 15% of the sales price for restocking fee whichever is greater.

All items shipped have been inspected to avoid any manufacturer flaw or defect. However, mistakes may still happen and on such cases we will replace any wrong item at no extra cost to the buyer.

AUTO PARTS AVENUE will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party. The buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of product, AUTO PARTS AVENUE is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, the remedies set forth in this agreement shall apply even if such remedies fail their essential purpose. Please test fit items before cutting, painting, altering, or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.

Damaged or Lost Items:
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive. E-mail us at store@autopartsavenue.com.Please include as much information as possible. Orders lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to facilitate an exchange. E-mail us at store@autopartsavenue.com Please include as much information as possible.

Wrong Items:
If you received a wrong item, please reported within 7 business days from date of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping fee to ship back the wrong part upon our response to you. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us. Please note that return mailing labels obtained from us are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Customer Service and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. If the prepaid returning shipping label providing by our Customer Service expired due to the customer delay, we will not provide the free return shipping service again.
